We do not offer any refunds or exchanges for goods or services that have been paid for. If you are on a monthly billing cycle, you may cancel your subscription at any time, unless other terms are specified for that particular product.
You have 6 months from the date of purchase to redeem or complete your purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, approving items for printing, scheduling your appointment with us, or providing materials for your website, etc. Any purchases that have not been completed within 6 months are forfeited and we are not obligated to fulfill these orders, unless there are extenuating circumstances in which we have given you explicit and written permission for more time.
